There were 5 JCSs constructed in four batches Batch 1 consisted of numbers 1005 and 1176, batch 2 consisted of 1006, batch 3 consisted of 1007 and batch 4 consisted of 1052.
JCS1007 was built to sleep 10 1st Class passengers and 6 2nd Class passengers. 1007 had a tare weight of 27.6 tonnes and was 16890mm over buffers and 16000mm over body.
Both JCS1005 and 1176 were built to sleep 15 1st Class passengers and 6 2nd Class passengers. They had an average tare weight of 27.6 tonnes and an overall length 16890mm over buffers and 16000mm over body. |
