OQE CLASS WAGON OWNED BY BORAL These wagons are owned by Boral Resources Pty Ltd. These wagons are used for transporting bitumen. Note the three gas cylinders fitted to the top of the tank, these are to keep the contents of the tank under pressure at all times to avoid load surges.
