Several OLE wagons were reclassified OLET when fitted with Auto Couplers and Transition links. All OLE wagons had 2 domes and compartments except for OLE 8 later 44223, OLET 24 and 25 later 44239 and 44240 respectively, which had one compartment and one dome. All OLE wagons were owned by Ampol Petroleum P/L. In December 1982 there were 19 OLE and 2 OLET wagons in service. |
